 Project Scope:
  1. Identify positioning and target groups
  2. Identify / discuss competitive moves in e-commerce. What are other e-commerce companies (not necessarily automotive) doing? What key evaluation criteria should be used? Can we identify any gaps?
  3. Identify impacts on channels of distribution, pricing, communications, and product policy in general.
  4. Provide a detailed analysis of communications objectives and formulate alternatives to reach target customers. More specifically, the project will look at:
    - Synergies between traditional and interactive media;
    - Indicate where (which customers, what products) interactive media will have highest impact;
    - Formulate alternatives.
