Economics Undergraduate Major (BS)

During your first two years at Purdue, you will take general education courses, pre-major foundation courses and introductory economics courses. Listed below are the kinds of classes students majoring in economics take to complete their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Students typically take five courses (about 15 credit hours) each semester. A semester lasts for about 16 weeks.
