Breck Hanson joined Associated Banc-Corp as Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Real Estate in September 2010. Associated Bank is part of Associated Banc-Corp, a diversified bank holding company with total assets of $23 billion. Headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Associated Bank has 290 banking offices serving approximately 160 communities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. 

Mr. Hanson has more than 30 years of commercial banking experience, including over 20 years within the commercial real estate segment. Most recently, he served as Midwest Regional Executive, Commercial Real Estate for Bank of America, where he managed all levels of business, staff, and functional areas for the Midwest commercial real estate group. Previously, he was responsible for LaSalle Bank's national commercial real estate group, which served clients throughout North America. Under his leadership, LaSalle Bank's commercial real estate group grew to the sixth-largest commercial real estate bank lending group in the nation at the time the company was acquired by Bank of America.

Mr. Hanson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Michigan State University. He is Trustee Chairman of Rainbows and serves on the Board of Directors of Chicago Architecture Foundation.
