Director, Americas Software Sales, Management Products Organization
Scott Strubel serves as Director for Americas Software sales for NetApp's Management Products Organization. In this capacity, he has responsibility for direct and channel revenues for NetApp's enterprise software solutions throughout the countries of North and South America.
Before joining NetApp in 2010, Mr. Strubel was the Americas Vice President of Channels and Alliances for the HP Software & Solutions group of Hewlett-Packard Company. In that role, he led HP's indirect sales force and was responsible for HP's software revenues via channels throughout the Americas. He led the HP Software organizations responsible for $500 million in revenues through distribution, resellers, ISVs, OEMs, systems integrators and outsourcers in North and South America.
Prior to leading channels and alliances, he was the Region Director for the West and Central regions of the U.S. for HP Software. In that role, he led the direct sales and presales system engineering teams across a 34-state region of the United States.
Mr. Strubel began his career with HP in 1983 as part of a team that launched HP's first personal computer. He received an International Executive MBA from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management, a bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and is an alumnus of the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.
