Douglas Peterson

HD Supply Hospitality Solutions

Doug Peterson is Market Vice President of HD Supply Hospitality Solutions, a national supplier to the hospitality industry and a division of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance (a $2 billion company). In his current role Mr. Peterson manages national account sales, field sales and inside sales within the hospitality vertical. He has held a variety of other positions, including Director of Business Development, Director of Sales Integration and Director of Strategic & National Accounts, for HD Supply since 2002.

Before joining HD Supply, Mr. Peterson held various positions from 1992-2001 at W.W. Grainger, including Market Vice President of Grainger Custom Solutions.  Prior to 1992, he was in the financial consulting industry for eight years.

Mr. Peterson has been a leader with the American Hotel & Lodging Association since 2003. He holds a Certified Master Hotel Supplier designation and is an active committee member on the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation Fundraising committee. He has also actively supported HotelPAC since 2008. He earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
