Tom Codd is Vice Chairman, US Human Capital Leader of PwC. Previous roles included North Texas Managing Partner (2009 – 2015), North Texas Assurance Leader (2007-2008), Central Region Assurance Managing Partner (2006-2007), Dallas Assurance Leader (2002-2006), Dallas Private Company Services Leader (2003-2006) and Southwest Region Middle Market Advisory Services Leader (1998-2003). Tom also served as an elected member of PricewaterhouseCoopers US Board of Partners and Principals from July 1, 2005 - June 30, 2011.
Mr. Codd has worked his entire career in serving public and private equity owned companies, ranging in size from multi-location companies to multinational corporations. He has significant merger, acquisition, divestiture and spin-off experience. He has also worked with many companies in the IPO and secondary offering processes.

Tom was honored in Irish America Magazine's Business 100 List annually from 2008 through 2014.
Mr. Codd is a graduate of Purdue University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Codd is a licensed CPA in Texas.
