Daniel Frate is group president, Customer Management and Maintenance at ACI Worldwide. Mr. Frate joined ACI in August 2012 and is responsible for P&L management and the global post-implementation support experience including technical support, billing & invoicing, payment services (settlement & reconciliation) and extended support services. Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Frate was executive vice president at PNC Bank, where he led the Retail Banking products and pricing group.
Mr. Frate joined PNC through its acquisition of National City Corporation, where he served as vice chairman and executive vice president, leading the Retail Banking business. Before joining National City, he served as vice president and chief operating officer of Bank One Card Services.
Frate is a member of the board of directors of the Vocational Guidance Services and John Carroll University. He is also a member of The Financial Services Roundtable.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from John Carroll University and a master’s degree in Finance from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
