Matt Bartlett is a Sourcing Manager with A.T. Kearney’s Procurement & Analytic Solutions practice. In his time with A.T. Kearney, Matt has led strategic sourcing, category management, capital strategy, and inventory management projects for clients spanning industries from aerospace to healthcare to retail. On these engagements, Matt has coordinated global efforts across Procurement, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering/Design, and other functions to drive creative and sustainable results for his clients.
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Matt worked with H.J. Heinz in operations and procurement, developing efficiency improvement programs and implementing advanced category strategies through strategic sourcing events. Matt also has worked for Global Supply Chain Group, a boutique consulting firm based out of Sydney, Australia.
Outside of A.T. Kearney, Matt currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Krannert School Alumni Association. Additionally, he has served on the Advisory Board for Minds Matter of Chicago and regularly gives time to Purdue University and Chicago-based charities.
Matt holds both a MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management.
