Susan Jischke is Global Compensation Program Manager for Communications & Policy at Meta. She focuses on the employee and manager experience related to compensation programs and policies.

Born and raised in Indiana, Susan is a third-generation Boilermaker. She earned both her Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management and her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Purdue University. After moving back to West Lafayette, Susan has enjoyed becoming more active in the Purdue and Greater Lafayette communities. She has been on the Daniels’ School Alumni Board since 2013 and is the president of the board of directors of the Montessori School of Greater Lafayette. She has two active children and loves to travel.
