Human Resources Manager
As an HRM for GE Healthcare, Jessica assumes ownership of all first contact with managers and employees with a particular focus on individual-level HR needs. This includes providing counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. She oversees executing key HR initiatives, providing responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Jessica currently supports the Global Marketing, Communications, and Engineering functions.
Jessica joined GE Healthcare in 2014 as a member of the Human Resources Leadership Program. In her first rotation with Quality, Regulatory, & Medical, she was the interim HR Business Partner for the Life Sciences Quality Assurance leadership staff along with overseeing several key project initiatives for the function. In her second rotation she was the HR Manager for Imaging Subsystems with Global Supply Chain and the site HR support for the Electric Avenue site in Milwaukee, WI. In her third rotation with Ultrasound, she supported the Primary Care and Point of Care business segments, as well as the Central Global Marketing teams as the HR Business Partner.
Prior to joining GE, Jessica was a Senior Assistant Director for the Office of Admissions at Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN) where she oversaw the university wide scholarship awarding and process, as well as partnered with the schools and colleges regarding communications campaigns for the Undergraduate Admissions office. She was also the advisor for the Boiler STeam student group, a volunteer organization focusing on admissions and recruitment outreach, as well as a member of the Admissions Committee in which she was responsible for reading student applications for Management, Science, and Liberal Arts.
She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a MBA from Purdue University, and currently is an Executive Director for the Purdue Club of Milwaukee.
