Dan Weinfurter

Dan WeinfurterDan Weinfurter is an accomplished entrepreneur and currently the Chief Executive Officer of Capital H Group, a rapidly growing consulting firm that helps companies create value through people for better business results.  With significant private equity backing, Capital H Group has embarked on a major expansion in the human capital consulting area and, in the last two years, has opened seven offices coast-to-coast. 

Before launching Capital H Group, Dan was the founder and chief executive of Parson Consulting focused on providing services to the finance, accounting and business systems areas of large organizations.  Parson was ranked as the #1 fastest growing private company in the US in the October 2000 issue of Inc. Magazine.  In May of 2002, Parson was sold to Management Consulting Group, PLC, a UK-based public company listed on the London exchange.  Dan stayed on in a transition role as chief executive of Parson until late November 2002.

Prior to forming Parson Group, Dan was executive vice president for Alternative Resources Corporation (ARC), with overall responsibility for field sales and operations.  He joined ARC during its second year of operations and departed 5 years later as the company approached $100 million in revenue and launched a successful IPO. 

Dan is a respected authority on how talent issues impact business results and has been featured or quoted in numerous publications including the New York Times, Industry Week, Investor Relations Newsletter, Crain’s Chicago Business, Inc., CFO, and The Financial Executive. He earned both a B.S. and MBA from Marquette University.
