Kimberly-Clark Corporation

Tom joined Kimberly-Clark in 1992 as a Production Planner at K-C’s Beech Island South Carolina manufacturing facility. He has held several roles of increasing responsibility within Logistics including Customer Service, Planning, and Distribution. Outside of Logistics, Tom has also led an R&D team through a product improvement project on Huggies® brand diapers, and the launch of a new Huggies® brand toiletries product line. He has worked in the Family Care, Child Care, K-C Professional, and Infant Care sectors within the company in locations from Georgia to Texas and Wisconsin. In 2007, Tom was appointed Director of External Manufacturing for K-C’s Sourcing & Supply Management function. He has responsibility for implementing external manufacturing strategies and supply agreements on a global basis in support of K-C’s North Atlantic based businesses. He is supported by sourcing professionals in Neenah Wisconsin, Atlanta Georgia, Brighton U.K., and Shanghai China. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Purdue University.
