Jeb Conrad

Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance

President 

Conrad served most recently as the executive director of Indianapolis Economic Development, Inc. (IEDI). Under his leadership, IEDI completed over 400 successful projects, resulting in 23,000 new jobs, 52,000 retained jobs and $2.7 billion in private capital investment. While at IEDI, Conrad initiated, developed and maintained relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the Indianapolis area including the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, The Indy Partnership, partner communities, community organizations, site consultants, and professional service companies.

He has developed and led several Indianapolis city initiatives, including the Keystone Enterprise Park, the Eastside Revitalization Area, the first Franklin Township speculative abatement program, and he was involved with the overall development and revitalization of downtown Indianapolis. He also has completed projects with industry-leading, nationally-recognized companies such as Eli Lilly, WellPoint, Dow Agro Sciences, Gatorade, Roche Diagnostics and Pepsi Co.

Conrad is a member of the Indiana Economic Development Association, the International Economic Development Corporation, and he holds an Indiana real estate license.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
