President and CEO, Co-Founder, Langham Logistics, In
Cathy Langham opened trucking and air freight franchises 3 years out of college, then sold both of them a few years later and co-founded Langham Logistics, Inc. with her sister and brother. Ms. Langham, a graduate of North Central High School and the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, focuses on business strategy, leadership, and critical industry issues such as infrastructure and security. She provides her logistics expertise to business leaders in a wide spectrum of industries including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, automotive, retail, and other industries with complex supply chains.
Cathy functions as the company’s President and CEO, and spends most of her time in three key areas: strategic direction, customer relations, and civic leadership. 13 years ago Langham’s visibility as CEO of a fast-growing business enterprise earned her firm a visit from then President George W. Bush. In 2005, she accepted a role on the Indiana Economic Development Corporation Board at the invitation of Governor Mitch Daniels. In 2015 she Co-chaired (with the Lt. Governor) Governor Mike Pence’s Blue Ribbon panel charged with creating and prioritizing the next 10 to 30 years of transportation infrastructure for the State of Indiana.
Langham was also Vice chair of Superbowl 2012 and is a member of the boards of directors of Finishline, HH Gregg (Chairperson), and Celadon Group Inc. She serves as Chairperson of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), and on the board of Conexus Indiana. Cathy lives in Carmel with her husband Rick Kocerha (who owns a business in Lafayette IN) and 16 year old son, Stephen.
