ABC and IBC Lunar New Year Party

Asian Business Club and International Business Club invites you to attend our Lunar New Year celebration on Friday January 30, 2009.  There will be Wii games, PS3, Mahjong, Pool and a raffle.  Please come hungry!!  Your fellow students have all volunteered to cook authentic Korean, Thai, Japanese and Chinese food.  The admission fee is $5 and $2 per raffle ticket.  The top prize is a red envelope from Dean Tang!  Donations will also be accepted.

This year the event will be a charitable fundraiser.  All proceeds from the party will go to the Global Indiana non-profit organization.  Global Indiana is an educational non-profit, aimed at enhancing the education and global appreciation of K-12 grade students through foreign exchange.  Currently, they subsidize trips throughout China for students, teachers and professionals, with hopes that these experiences will help to increase international cooperation and exchange by bridging gaps and building relationships across seas.

So please come wearing red (pink is also acceptable).  The event will be at the Bradford Place Apartments' Clubhouse at 3224 S 9th Street Lafayette, IN (the same place as the Halloween party).  Look for the fliers in the locker room and spread the word!
