Election Procedures for KGSA Board Executive Officers
The Krannert Graduate Student Association (KGSA) is holding elections for Board positions. The KGSA
Board is comprised of nine executive officers and four representatives (previously elected). The duties
of the nine executive officer positions are outlined in the KGSA Constitution. This election will be
conducted in two parts, first with an election of the Board’s President, followed by a general election for
the remaining eight Vice President positions. The Vice President positions include: Vice President of
Academic Affairs; Vice President of Alumni Affairs; Vice President of Communications; Vice President of
External Finance; Vice President of Internal Finance; Vice President of Information Technology and
Facilities; Vice President of Professional and Organizational Development; and Vice President of Social
Affairs. Officers must be MBA or MSHRM degree-seeking students in their first year of graduate study.
