 Peer-Mentor in Management Program

Is a program in which older peer-mentors are paired with a small group of freshman management students for one semester. Mentors will be provided with useful material to share with their freshmen group and serve as a contact person to share their own experiences at will. This program provides a great opportunity to not only help a younger Krannert student, but also to gain first hand experience at being a mentor. To be a mentor you must fill these qualifications:

o Be a current undergraduate Krannert student
o Able to participate as a mentor during Fall
o Not on academic probation

Requirements:
o Participate as a mentor for one semester
o Attend both peer-mentor functions during the fall semester
o Stay in contact with your freshman group through email once a month as well as an email before the start of fall semester
