A Purdue electrical engineer, Rho spent much of her time after graduation working on Northrop Grumman’s Global Hawk program in southern California. She comes to Krannert with hopes of realizing her full potential in operations management. For Rho, "The journey is more important than the destination."

Roman graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in logistics. Since graduation, he has worked for Vesuvius in different information systems/technology roles and helped implement the JD Edwards ERP software at over twenty locations worldwide.

Roman will concentrate on operations management and hopes to pursue a position where he can have an impact on the overall structure of operations in the organization.

Lukas graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and is interested in operations management and has worked at American Axle & Manufacturing in Detroit Michigan since 2005.
