Research interests include organizational justice, psychological collectivism, team processes and effectiveness, and employee-employer relationships. Journals in which her research can be found include
Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology. She is on the editorial boards of
Academy of Management Journal and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. In 2006, Christine received the Teaching for Tomorrow Fellowship Award and in 2007, Christine received the Jay Ross Young Faculty Scholar Award. Her teaching
interests are in the areas of Organizational Behavior, High Performance Work Teams, and Mentoring and Leadership. Christine teaches courses in organizational behavior at the undergraduate and graduate level (Masters and PhD), and is the faculty advisor and
coordinator for mentoring programs at the undergraduate and masters level.
