Dr. Constantinos Alexiou is an internationally respected educator and teaches in the IMM Global EMBA program at the Krannert School of Management. Currently he is a Reader on the faculty of the Cranfield School of Management at Cranfield University in the UK. He delivers business related courses in the school's postgraduate and post-experience executive management programs. He also holds Visiting Professorial appointments at universities in Greece, Russia, and Germany. He specializes in teaching and research concerning the Global Economic Environment.
Apart from his academic experience Dr. Alexiou has been a visiting research associate at the Confederation of Greek Labour where he delivers training programs for trade union members. His research encompasses analysis of Labor Markets, Macroeconomic Policy, Determinants of Bank Profitability, Financial Sector Reform in Transition Economies, The Role of Institutions in Economic Development, Public Deficit and Economic Growth, Intellectual Property Rights.
He is currently the editor of the International Journal of Economics.
