Research interests include organizational justice, psychological collectivism, citizenship behaviors, and team processes. Journals in which her research can be found include Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
She is on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Group and Organization Management.
In 2006, Christine received the Teaching for Tomorrow Fellowship Award and in 2007, Christine received the Jay Ross Young Faculty Scholar Award.
Christine teaches courses in organizational behavior at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels, and her teaching interests are in the areas of Organizational Behavior, High Performance Work Teams, and Mentoring/Leadership.
In addition, Christine is the PhD Director of the OBHR Doctoral Program and is the faculty director for mentoring programs at the undergraduate and masters level.
