Maureen is an innovative professional with over 20 years' experience in higher education focusing on career counseling and development. Possessing a comprehensive background, she has worked with undergraduates and alumni of all majors, management-oriented
residential master's programs (MBA, MSIA, MSHRM, MSF), and executive programs (EMBA and IMM). A large portion of Maureen's work for Krannert undergraduates revolves around teaching Management 301: Management Career Lectures which guides approximately 300 students
each semester in their career development and professional search processes. She re-designed the course through the Purdue IMPACT program moving the course to a more interactive mixed format of presentations, experiential activities and student-focused engagement.
Whether in person, on the phone or via Skype, Maureen assists with and supports students in career strategy review, career resource education, resume and correspondence critiques, interview skill practice, and salary negotiation feedback. In addition, Maureen
works with international students as they complete the Curricular Practical Training process (CPT).
