Welcome to the Purdue Human Resources Case Competition! As HR is moving in new directions, it is important to face these challenges and work together to find solutions. The Purdue HR Case Competition will offer the opportunity for students to do just that. Future HR leaders will work on recent trends and problems facing businesses today through a strategic HR lens.
Not only will the Case Competition provide learning opportunities for students, but it will also allow for some of the nation’s leading companies to challenge future talent to take an in-depth look at real problems facing their companies. Bringing together students from different academic institutions across the world and HR leaders from different organizations, the HR Case Competition will provide a great experience for all.
In HR, we understand that great work should be awarded and recognized. As an additional motivating factor, the top 2 teams will be awarded prize money for their presentations. The HR Case Competition will award the 1st place team with $5,000 and the 2nd place runner-up with $2,000.
Purdue University SHRM Chapter & the Krannert School of Management are excited to continue this event annually.
