      Miki Wilson was appointed Human Resources Manager, North America Commercial for Shell Oil Products in November 2010. She is responsible for leading the delivery of HR services and solutions for seven different lines of business. Prior to her current role, Miki served as Employee Relations Manager at the Shell Technology Center in Houston.

In 1998, Miki joined Human Resources where she held a variety of roles in operations and corporate functions with global, regional and local accountability across the enterprise.  These roles broaden her expertise in compensation, employee and industrial relations, human resources policy, human resources operations and talent management.  

Miki has over 20 years experience in the energy industry. She has held positions of increasing responsibility in accounting, finance and human resources.  She began her career as an accountant in Supply and Distribution and after several assignments was promoted to Finance Team Lead for the Retail sales district in Florida.  She transferred back to Houston to begin her career in Human Resources.

Miki received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Jackson State University, followed by a Masters in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University.

She is an Oklahoma native and currently resides in Houston, TX with her family.
