Lima Kouassi GnagneDirector-Controller
As Financial Controller, Ms. Gnagne brings over 10 years of financial management experience to the Siemens MI organization. In her current role, she provides executives with timely and accurate financial statements, oversight over accounting and finance operations, as well as design and improvement of financial planning tools. She leads the U.S. operations and provides on-going support to the International operations.
Prior to joining Siemens, she has worked with Eli Lilly and Company, serving as Controller for the Alzheimer’s Business Unit. In this role, she oversaw product supply chain management, negotiated manufacturing agreements with various third party suppliers for the first-in-class radiopharmaceutical tracer approved for the detection of the presence of Alzheimer’s disease. In addition to her controllership responsibilities, she helped played a strategic and leadership role during the acquisition of a new venture. Her past roles included Treasury Pension and Benefits investments, Controller and Financial Consultant for the Neuroscience Business Unit.
As an experienced project manager, Ms. Gnagne uses her strong analytical and problem-solving skills to champion process improvements, anticipate business-critical obstacles and develop new business structures. She is the recipient of Lilly’s Global CFO Award, which cited her “ruthless prioritization and relentless pursuit of progress.”
Her career also includes positions in the banking industry as a Registered Investment banker with J.P. Morgan Chase bank and Wells Fargo bank.
Outside of work, Ms. Gnagne is Vice President of Operations for the Compendium of Most Successful Women of Ivory Coast, an organization with over 9000 members. She mentors young adults in achieving their career goals in her community and she is highly complimented for her authenticity.
Ms. Gnagne has a bachelor of science in Management and a MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
She resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband, Stan, and their three kids.
