Gordana Radmilovic is a Manager in West Monroe’s Advanced Analytics practice. Gordana focuses on delivering results with integrity which has contributed to her success in the consulting industry. Leveraging her outcome-oriented approach, she led complex, multi-million dollar transformational engagements for Fortune 50 companies across various industries (Insurance, Healthcare, M&D, and Private Equity). As Gordana supports clients through visioning and strategy definition phases, she pays particular attention to aligning the organization’s values with their vision which accelerates change adoption and ensures success.
Truly passionate about developing and engaging people, Gordana dedicates a large part of her time to mentoring younger consultants and has contributed to West Monroe’s highly recognized culture as featured in Fast Company. As a leader on West Monroe’s Women’s Committee, Gordana inspires and supports women across the organization.
Her reach extends beyond the workplace and into the broader community where she serves on the Chicago Advisory Board for the Spark Organization which is focused on re-engaging middle-school youth in education. She leads West Monroe’s Charity Committee and strives to bring the community together to solve some of our larger social dilemmas.
Gordana was recently named one of 12 “Women Leaders in Consulting” by Consulting magazine. Before joining West Monroe Partners, Gordana was a consultant with IBM Global Business Services. Gordana earned her B.S. degree from Purdue University, graduating with highest honors.
