Manuel Hurtado is currently a junior in the Krannert School of Management and is from Bolingbrook, Illinois. He is pursuing a degree in Accounting and Management with concentrations in Finance and Analytical Consulting. Manuel is looking for an internship where he can develop his leadership skills in the fields of Accounting or Finance.

During this past summer, Manuel was a finance intern in the HQ Financial Support Division with SC Johnson. Before his internship, he studied abroad for a semester in Paderno del Grappa, Italy for three months. The summer after his freshman year, Manuel was an accounting intern with Aux Sable Liquid Products in their accounting department.

Along with internship and study abroad experience, Manuel is a member in the Company Relations committee within the School of Management Employers’ Forum. He also has completed the President’s Leadership Class where he learned how to be an active leader while developing programs to support the New Synergies Plan implemented by President Cordova. Aside from his academic activities, Manuel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading, and staying active through sports or weight training.
