Nicole Plewniak is a sophomore in the Krannert School of Management. Her hometown is Munster, Indiana. Prior to her education at Purdue, she gained experience in the business world over three years as a host at a children’s party center, a cashier at the community pool concession stand, a summer camp counselor, and a counselor in training coordinator. Nicole realized in these jobs that she has a passion in working with others and problem solving, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in Business Management. Nicole plans on obtaining an internship to advance herself and her skills in the management world.

Throughout her experience at Purdue, Nicole is actively involved in the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity and currently holds the Chaplain position. She also partakes in the School of Management Employer’s Forum as the Programming and Development Assistant Director, where she coordinates events leading up to the Career Fair. In the fall of 2013, she served as a SMEF Host to help businesses set up and ensure their recruiting ran smoothly. In her free time, Nicole enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and listening to podcasts.
