Nametag Order Form
 

We will provide basic printed nametags for all Krannert students at the fair check-in table. However, for a more professional look, you can order a magnetic nametag.

Nametags will include:

• “Purdue University” Logo on the top left
• The words “Krannert School of Management” at the top right
• And a single line for the name below
• Black background with Gold lettering
• Magnetic backing

Details on Sale:

• Nametags must be ordered and paid for, in Krannert 361, by 5 p.m. September 2nd. The cost is $10.00. We accept cash or check only.
• You can pick up your nametag at the Informal Social or at the Career Fair.
