Patricia Decker is a twenty-two year volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. During that time she has helped build homes on three continents and in three states. Professionally, the majority of her career has been with Fortune 50 companies except when she was recruited away to start a company which grew to be ranked #1 on the INC 500 fastest growing companies in the U.S.
Pat served on several non-profit boards and worked as a project consultant with the Atlanta Habitat for Humanity affiliate prior to accepting her current role as U.S. Operations Director for Habitat for Humanity International.
Pat holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University, an MBA from the University of Kentucky and an executive education certificate from the Harvard Business School.
Pat has received numerous awards for her leadership and management skills.
