OTHER WORK EXPERIENCE

Head of Economic Restructuring for USAID Lithuania
Responsible for 15+ projects to assist the Lithuanian economy.  Projects covered capital markets, banking, private sector development, taxes, fiscal policy, and privatization. Supervised three employees with responsibilities for project covering training activities, legal issues, energy sector, and environmental protection.  Total annual budget of $10 million.  Project implementers included private companies, not-for-profits, and U.S. government agencies.
