"Diversity and Social Capital of Nascent Entrepreneurial Teams in Business Plan Competitions" published in Management Research: The Journal of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management was chosen as the "Outstanding Paper" published in that journal in 2010.

Poker Face
Professionals who maintain a "poker face", restraining natural emotions, may be less productive than those who allow themselves to act and react naturally. Christine Jackson, an associate professor of management at Krannert, found that maintaining a neutral demeanor may hurt productivity.
