Two
doctoral students received this year's Robert W. Johnson
Award for Distinguished Research Proposal for their
2001 Purdue Research Foundation (PRF) proposals: Marikah
Mancini, for her proposal titled, "Partial Privatization
through Explicit Exclusion of Free-Riders in the Provision
of Public Goods;" and Hui-Ming Deanna Wang, for
her proposal titled, "An Empirical Investigation
of Consideration Set in the Online Financial Service
Market."
The
award is intended to increase the recognition of outstanding
Krannert doctoral student researchers, both internally
and externally. Recipients were honored at a dinner
during orientation in August.
