Mr. Holden has been Vice President--Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Wabash National Corp. since May 1995. Previously, Mr. Holden had been Vice President--Controller of the company.

Prior to his employment by the Company in December 1992, he was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP since 1981.
