The Business English Bootcamp (BEB) is designed to provide International MBA and MSHRM students, as well as experienced business professionals, an intense experience with business English. Topics include reading and analyzing business cases, giving business presentations, reading and dissecting business periodicals such as the Wall Street Journal, and working to solve problems in multicultural teams with business English.

Group of Students in front of PMU

The program will be led by Purdue Professors who have extensive experience working with specialized business English courses. They'll share a wealth of global experiences and prepare students for successful business careers. Learning outcomes include stronger business English skills designed to enhance your ability to function in the business classroom or corporate boardroom. Students will increase their confidence in interacting with colleagues, leading teams and driving business results in a global environment. The cohort will also visit several corporations to engage with business professionals.

Students who successfully finish each step of the Business English Bootcamp will receive a certificate of completion and six college credits (that do not count towards graduation for Master's students).
