Here at the Krannert Professional Development Center we have seven full-time employees dedicated to supporting you, as well as three part-time advisors-in-residence. With more than150 years of combined corporate and student engagement expertise, and broad industry knowledge, we offer top-tier services to assist you in throughout your career path.

Randall Lewis, 
Randall graduated from Krannert with a BS in Accounting and an MSM (now the MBA program) with a finance option. Randall’s corporate career includes over 25 years with GE, Wells Fargo, and WellPoint where he held various finance and operations roles, including: Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Finance, Managing Director of Corporate Development (M&A), Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor, and Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the KPDC team, Randall was involved as Lead in two entrepreneurial ventures – s2f Worldwide, LLC and Exodus Commercial Capital, LLC. Randall has been a supportive Purdue Alum, serving on the Krannert Dean’s Advisory Council, the Alumni Association Board of Directors, the Purdue Research Foundation Board of Directors and the Burton D. Morgan Entrepreneurship Center Advisory Board. He was the School’s 2010 Business Leadership Award winner.

Chris Luebbe, 
Chris graduated from the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and began his career working in the blood banking industry for the American Red Cross, focusing on employee hiring and training. He has been with the Krannert Professional Development Center since May 2009 and specializes in resume review, statistical reporting and employer recruiting.

Craig Hanson, 
Craig received both his bachelor's degree and MBA from Purdue, and was a varsity swimmer. He came to the Krannert Professional Development Center with more than 30 years of corporate work behind him. He has experience with international and domestic companies such as Clorox, Kimberly-Clark, and gold Hong Ye Paper. He has held positions in quality management, marketing research, corporate innovation, recruiting and technical R&D consulting. At Krannert, Craig focuses on outreach,  maintenance of the employer/student interface system (Symplicity CMA), and career counseling.

Gene Ivnik
Gene is a Purdue alumni with a background in engineering and functional expertise in operations, sales and marketing, strategy, and profit and loss management. He came to the Krannert Professional Development Center after working as the consumer product industry president of a $170 million organization. Gene’s primary role is coaching students in the areas of career search strategy and leadership development.

Annie Murray
Originally hailing from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Annie received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington University in 2007 and her Master of Arts in Higher Education from Geneva College in 2011. Annie became a part of the Purdue community in the fall of 2011. Before joining the Krannert Professional Development team in the Fall of 2014, she served in the Krannert Undergraduate Advising Office and in Purdue University Residences. Passionate about developing students, Annie is also an active Faculty Fellow with Shreve hall and a participant on the Community Standards Board. In her leisure time, Annie enjoys traveling, recreational running, and investing in her church community.

Jennifer Highland
After graduating from William Henry Harrison High School in West lafayette, Indiana, Jennifer Highland attended Ivy Tech College studying English and Psychology. Jennifer recently graduated from Purdue University's ACE Program in the spring of 2014. Before joining the Krannert Professional Development Center as Administrative Assistant in October of 2014, she began her career with Purdue in the College of Health and Human Sciences as the Student Services Secretary in the summer of 2011. Jennifer has worked with a variety of student organizations and has planned events ranging from new student welcomes to graduation recpetions and involvement fairs.

Susan Niemczyk
Sue is a seasoned executive and former vice president with expertise in operations management, team building, personnel development, and strategic planning. She has worked with several global corporations such as Stouffers, Marriott and Sodexo and has industry experience in the fields of healthcare, education, and contract management. Sue is also a former Purdue University instructor. Currently, she works with both the graduate and undergraduate leadership programs and specializes in career counseling, leadership coaching, interviewing skills, resume building and cover letter reviews. Sue has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Management from the University of Illinois, and a Master of Organizational and Industrial Psychology from the University of New Haven. She loves coaching tomorrow’s women business leaders!

Alan Studzinski
Alan is an experienced senior executive who spent over 40 years managing operations in the hospitality industry. His past responsibilities have included operational management, supply chain management, strategic planning, and customer relationship development. Alan has worked with some of the largest hospitality companies in the industry, including Marriott Corporation and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. The past 15 years he has worked for a private company, Havi Global Solutions, whose primary customer is the McDonald’s Corporation. As the senior vice president of North American Operations, he led the North American business unit for Perseco Packaging Services, a billion dollar division of Havi Global Solutions. Alan has a Culinary Arts degree and an associate’s degree in Food Service Management from Oakland University.

Pris Gerde
Pris has a bachelor's degree from Purdue, and is an experienced manager and advisor. She spent nearly 38 years in the pharmaceutical industry with career responsibilities ranging from communications and corporate social responsibility to relief sales roles. Her final 18 years in the industry were spent in Human Resources, with responsibility for employee benefits administration for the company’s $300 Million health plan. Specialties: Career counseling, job search strategies, resume writing and correspondence and interview skills acquisition.
