Entrepreneurship and Sustainability are hot topics for aspiring MBA and MS Programs students. At Purdue, we offer myriad opportunities for students to explore either (or both) of these rapidly expanding fields. Future entrepreneurs have access to coursework, competitions, and other resources including the Burton D. Morgan Center, Discovery Park, and the Purdue Research Park. From startup funding, to mentorship to prototype development, the opportunities to commercialize new technologies, launch new endeavors, and collaborate with like-minded students and faculty are limited only by the imagination of the entrepreneur.
Similar experiential opportunities exist for students interested in sustainability. Within Rawls Hall you will find a vibrant and rapidly growing Net Impact chapter . The organization has hosted many events such as voter registration drives, forums on environmental issues and events surrounding recycling. Outside of Rawls, Purdue University has created a Sustainability strategic plan and hosts a Green Week on campus each year.
At Purdue, we are more than a world-class University. We are a force for positive change. Whether it’s creating life-extending technologies or setting an example of how to better care for our planet, Purdue walks the walk when it comes to entrepreneurship and sustainability.
