Krannert’s MSHRM students will leave Purdue with the necessary business acumen to thrive at the highest levels of an organization. Human Capital Consulting (HCC) projects cultivate the strategic awareness needed to maximize human capital assets. Over
a 16-week period, graduate-level students in the second half of their programs work in a 5-6 person team to work with an organization to solve a human capital problem or challenge and provide future direction. In addition to regular meetings with the organization, students conduct rigorous data collection and analysis. Ultimately, the consulting team provides a comprehensive written report and oral presentation outlining findings and recommendations.
