MBA Rankingsw

Purdue University's Krannert School of Management jumped four spots in this year’s Bloomberg Businessweek MBA rankings, rising to #18 among public universities, #16 among employers and to #38 overall.

The survey has five components:

·         An employer survey is 35% of the score; it assesses how recruits asses graduates’ performance on specific qualities important to their organizations.

·         An alumni survey is 30%; graduates from 2009, 2010 and 2011 report their increase in compensation, job satisfaction and feedback about their MBA experience.

·         A student survey is 15%; Class of 2017 graduate were asked about campus climate, effectiveness of career services, and responsiveness of faculty and administrators. The survey is weighted with responses from Class of 2017 (75%) and Class of 2016 (25%).

·         Job placement is 10%; it measures Class of 2016 at three months after graduation.

·         Starting salary is 10%; it includes only base salary figures.

·         Alumni survey: 60 (62)
