What do you like most about the Krannert School and Purdue?
"Purdue is a place where students can combine their natural talents with those of other students to identify real-world problems and devise means by which to solve them. It is incredible to see the creativity and brilliance that permeates this campus. I consider Purdue to be an incubator for some of the greatest contributions this world will ever see."
Why should a prospective student choose the Krannert School?
"Krannert has a remarkable faculty that is dedicated to students' academic and professional success. The professors are down to earth and they challenge us in ways that release our true potential."
What extracurricular activities do you participate in at Purdue?
"I am involved in the School of Management Employers Forum, Hilltop Council, and The Black Voices of Inspiration Performing Arts Ensemble."
Have you had any internships while at Krannert?
"The summer following my freshman year, I interned at the Gary Empowerment Zone, a federally funded program that provides loans and resources for various entrepreneurial ventures."
How have Krannert and Purdue helped in your job search?
"Attending the Krannert Career Fairs has allowed me to meet many distinguished corporate representatives and gain useful networks for obtaining internship opportunities."
Who is the person that you most admire, and why?
"I admire my grandfather because he has spent several years serving the Lake County, Indiana, community as a politician. He has been an advocator, aid, and inspiration for many people. Throughout all of my grandfather’s received accomplishments and accolades, he has also managed to remain one of the most
humble people I have ever known."
When we catch up with you in 10 years, what do you expect to be doing?
"I plan to be working passionately for a progressive company in corporate finance."
Away from Krannert...what are do you do for fun?
"In my free time I enjoy singing and occasionally playing the piano."
