Doing Business in China
A rewarding immersion experience in Chinese business, culture, language, and food.

Dates: March 8 - March 20, 2010
Host: Tsinghua University
Eligibility: The program is open to Krannert Master’s students.
Study Topics: Selected from economic environment in China, foreign enterprises in China, managing competition in China, human resources in China, legal environment in China, Chinese culture and history, Chinese social development, financial markets in China, my experience as a foreigner in China, entrepreneurship in China
Company Visits: To be arranged
Sightseeing: Great Wall, Trainmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace
Culture Events: Acrobat show, Peking duck dinner, farewell dinner
Credit: Each participant will receive two credits
Cost: The program fee of $1,632 (before a $600 travel grant) includes tuition, Purdue study abroad insurance, hotel, group meals, company visits, and cultural events. This fee does not cover airfare, personal expenses, or meals on your own.
