Course Description :

This interactive training workshop will build on skills introduced in MCS and will use a "do and re-do" method of instruction, including: · Two minute spots in which the student gives a brief presentation, receives feedback, and immediately re-presents the material with the suggested improvements · Videotaped impromptu speeches that we'll view and critique in class · A persuasive presentation that the student rehearses and improves in class. (Students will give their polished presentations in the last class week.) This workshop will also incorporate video clips and readings from experts in the field.
