MGMT 69100c will study the the legal aspects of ethics and corporate governance with special attention to the adoption,implementation and impact of Sarbanes-Oxley. The course is also designed to cover the contemporary ethical challenges facing corporate employees and executives and the legal ramifications associated with those challenges.
