Course Description :

This course is the third in a series of courses that investigates the fundamental concepts of corporate financial management. The course builds on the topics presented in MGMT 61000 and MGMT 61100, such as valuation and capital budgeting, and the valuation of derivative securities. Topics covered in MGMT 61200 include identification and valuation of real options in investment projects, liability management, financial engineering, and risk management.
