My name is Ha Yoon Yee, and I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student in Accounting at the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. My primary research interests are in the areas of corporate governance and disclosure in the capital markets. I earned my Master's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Korea University. Prior to pursuing a Ph.D., I worked at PwC in Seoul, South Korea, and passed the CPA exam under the jurisdiction of Montana.
