Correspondence Courses

If a student elects to take a course by correspondence from another institution to meet graduation requirements, all exams must be administered in the Dean of Student’s Testing Center in Schleman Hall, Rm. B-42. (Check with your academic advisor before signing up for the course.)

Please follow the procedure listed below:

  1. Call 494-1146 for an appointment when you are ready to take your test. When you call, you must know the amount of time that will be allowed for your particular correspondence course exam.

  2. The Test Center hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no charge for exams administered during these times. Requests for testing beyond these hours are negotiated on an individual basis and involve a fee.

  3. Bring your student identification to the Testing Center. This is required before you can begin testing.

  4. Be on time. If you are late for your scheduled exam, you must forfeit that time or reschedule.
