Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Blackburn College and completed her graduate studies at Saint Mary-of-The-Woods College in Leadership Development with a focus in Not-for-Profit Leadership. Jessica has over eight years of career development experience in higher education. She provides personalized internship and career counseling for students, serves as an advisor for the School of Management Employers Forum and teaches a professional career management course. Jessica works with alumni and employers to organize a variety of events that help students learn about potential career paths and professional opportunities.

Jennifer Highland

Administrative Assistant, Krannert Professional Development Center

After graduating from William Henry Harrison High School in West Lafayette, Indiana, Jennifer Highland attended Ivy Tech College studying English and Psychology. Jennifer graduated from Purdue University's ACE Program in the spring of 2014. Before joining the Krannert Professional Development Center as Administrative Assistant in October of 2014, she began her career with Purdue in the College of Health and Human Sciences as the Student Services Secretary in the summer of 2011. As Administrative Assistant, Jennifer works closely with the School of Management Employers Forum, putting on a Career Fair in the Fall and Spring, as well as coordinating and executing other Corporate and Student events.

Associate Director of Undergraduate & Alumni Services

Brooke has worked as a student services professional and educator for over twelve years. She focuses primarily on professional development, with an emphasis on career exploration and self-awareness exercises. In addition to teaching the professional career management course, Brooke coordinates a variety of events and workshops throughout the year to help students connect with alumni, build their networks, and define their career trajectories. She is devoted to helping students understand themselves well enough to make educated decisions that will lead to sustained career happiness.

Associate Director, Undergraduate & Alumni Careers (Corporate Development)

Erik is an experienced professional with 20 years in student services at Purdue. He markets career services, events and opportunities to students, alumni and employers; establishes and cultivates relationships with employers; coordinates the School of Management fall and spring career fairs; manages on-campus job postings and recruitment activities and tracks and analyzes all student and employer data. Erik is dedicated to building relationships, effective communication and achieving success through teamwork.
