Industrial Management students combine rigorous courses in calculus, science, and business. A dedication to continually learning—new processes, technology and skills is the hallmark of the Industrial Management student. The business courses included in the Industrial Management plan of study are the same as those for other majors offered by Krannert.
The special advantage of the Industrial Management program is that students take their math and science courses with students from other STEM majors on campus but take their business courses with the management majors. The Industrial Management major then adds a required concentration in exciting and growing areas of specialty including data analytics, innovation management, management consulting, supply chain and operations management or industrial engineering and engineering management.
