I have been a Purdue fan my whole life, so when it came time to look at colleges I was initially drawn to Purdue. I was very careful to look at other schools as well. When it came down to make a decision, what really stood out to me were the people at Purdue. Whenever I visited, the students were so eager to answer questions or help you find your way around campus. The atmosphere at Purdue is unbeatable. To top it all off, Purdue has a great academic reputation. In the end, I chose Purdue and Krannert because I would receive a great education and it felt like home.

Since coming to Purdue, I have had so many opportunities to learn both inside and outside the classroom. Professors continue to challenge me to tackle tough problems. They expect the best from you and really stress analytical skills and teamwork to find a solution. There are so many ways to be involved at Purdue, ranging from activities within Krannert, like Management Ambassadors, to organizations on campus, such as Boiler Gold Rush and the Greek system.

I really encourage you to visit campus and see all that Purdue and Krannert have to offer. I hope that you, too, can see yourself as a Boilermaker.
