Matt is originally from northwest Indiana. He graduated from Purdue in 2010 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Shortly after graduating, he moved to Houston to work for Halliburton. He spent over 5 years with Halliburton in the cementing product service line at the Fresno, TX facility. In this time, he progressed from an associate technical professional, a trainee, to a senior technical professional where he managed an engineering team of 3 as well as overseeing all technical aspects of the cementing field camp reaching $1.2 million/month in revenue. Matt began the MBA program at Purdue’s Krannert School of Management in August of 2016. Outside of work and school, his main hobby is powerlifting, and he also owns two rescue dogs.
Humphrey is from Ghana, West Africa. He has a BA (Sociology) from the University of Ghana, with a 2009 graduation date. In the past year, he has worked as the Business Development Manager for Peach Health, a tech Start-Up based in the U. S but with operations in Ghana that develops electronic medical records and other applications and platforms for hospitals, pharmacies, medical laboratories and patients. Humphrey developed the current country roll-out strategy being used by Peach in Ghana, built a client base of hospitals and clinics, developed the marketing strategy being used currently, built partnerships with various government agencies and interest groups key to the company's operations, and built the Peach brand from scratch. Prior to that, Humphrey managed various projects for a health research organization, the Kintampo Health Research Center, in Kintamp, Ghana from 2009-2014. He started out managing 3 modules of a Bill Gates Foundation sponsored project, INNESS, during which he supervised 7 people. I then managed a project site for 4 years, handling two World Health Organization projects with a combined study population of over 30,000 and supervising over 80 workers. Humphrey also managed the first ever Behavior-change project undertaken by the organization and helped develop protocols to guide similar projects in future.

Viren Tulsian is a second year MBA student at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with concentrations in operations and supply chain management. This summer, Viren worked as a Pathways Operation Manager Intern at Amazon. Here Viren studied the Operational practices at the Fulfilment Center and developed an Integer Programming model to solve for optimum scheduling of truck departures. Prior to joining Purdue, Viren worked for 4 years as a Supply Chain Manager in the Automobile Industry, at Tata Motors Ltd. In this role he worked with suppliers to resolve quality concerns with products, this gave him familiarity to advanced problem solving techniques. In addition, he was also part of new product development, using APQP methodology for development of new products.
Hyejin Kim is a second-year MBA student at Krannert School of Management. Originally from South Korea, she has seven years of experience in global procurement, new product development,
and marketing. Hyejin has skills in strategic planning and analytical problem solving across technology, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries. Throughout her career, she led strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple business units and implemented end-to-end new product development processes in three continents (Asia pacific, North America, and South America).
After working for 5 years as a global sourcing buyer, Hyejin realized that technology is rapidly transforming all business sectors and decided to leverage her experience from fast-moving consumer goods in the technology industry. In summer 2016, she developed a global market strategy for Spensa Technologies and also led a process improvement project in procurement at TVS Motors in India. Hyejin serves as Vice President of External Affairs on Operations Club, and is actively involved in Krannert Graduate Marketing Association and Graduate Women in Business clubs.

Gisela Condado is a second year MBA student at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with concentrations in operations and supply chain management. Originally from Venezuela, Gisela graduated as Summa Cum Laude Production Engineer and later worked for 3 years in the supply chain department of multinational companies such as Cargill and Novartis.
Most recently as demand planner at Novartis, Gisela represented the supply chain single point of contact of 12 international plants located in North America, South America and Europe, as well as participated in cross-functional teams in domains such as strategic purchasing, sales & operations planning (S&OP), global launching and inventory management.
During the summer, Gisela worked as an Operation Manager Pathways Intern at Amazon, where she had the opportunity to manage the initial stages of a new self-service tool that will support customers solve their problems in a targeted and fast way, while reducing operational costs for Amazon. This position gave her the opportunity to successfully coordinate 10 cross functional teams at Amazon and find a professional fit in the peculiar working hard and having fun culture of the company.

Akshit is a first year MBA student at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with concentration in Operations and Finance. He is from India, where he graduated as Mechanical Engineer from University of Pune and worked for 5 years in Supply Chain Management for Honeywell Turbo Technologies.
Akshit handled various roles in Supply Chain in Honeywell and most recently handled dual responsibilities of customer planner and Demand and Production Planner, where he was responsible for customer demand management of selected customers and also participated in global processes for total sales planning, production and Inventory planning for his plant. Within Krannert, Akshit is Vice President of Technology for Krannert Graduate Students Association and Vice President for Case Competitions for Krannert Operations Club.
During the summer Akshit was interning with Techshot Lighting in Greenville Indiana. There he worked on preparing an export plan and work on financial projections and operations setup for local orders for Techshot Lighting. Akshit utilized his knowledge of operations, finance and strategy to achieve his internship goals.

Joey Meisberger is a second year MBA student at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with concentrations in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Joey completed his undergraduate degree at Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology
Prior to coming back to Purdue, he worked for 1 year as a contract Mechanical Design Engineer for Sikorsky Aircraft and almost 4 years as a Mechanical Design Engineer for Juno Lighting Group. In his time as a contractor for Sikorsky he researched and designed engineering changes for their commercial and military helicopters, primarily dealing with their Blackhawk platform. In his time at Juno Lighting Group he designed over 25 new product commercial LED lighting fixtures and spearheaded 7 major new product launches as the lead engineer.
During the summer Joey did his internship at Emerson Climate Technologies in Sidney, OH, where he was an Air Conditioning Sales and Marketing Intern. He created an OEM Account Readiness Tool for the Department of Energy’s new commercial regulatory changes. He also justified multiple new product compressor business cases and optimized a compressor Kanban and inventory stocking plan for FY 2016. He not only utilized his engineering background and operations and supply chain knowledge in his time at Emerson, but he also developed strong sales and marketing skills while contributing to one of the leaders in the HVAC industry.

Pablo comes from Venezuela with a bachelor diploma in Electrical Engineering, and 3 years work experience in B2C and B2B transactions. After that, he worked for the Generation Dept at the largest electric service supply in Venezuela before moving into the service industry.
He later found his passion in customer service and operations when he joined Eurobuilding International Hotel enterprise. A year later, he was granted the opportunity to join Krannert School of Management where he now focuses on service operations and supply chain.
Over the summer, Pablo was running the Miranda Restaurant’s Administration and Training at EB Hotel Miami, located at the vicinity of Miami International Airport. He successfully developed the training guidelines for his position and helped the corporate executives to launch what is going to be the new face of such business.
Matt Jung is a second year MBA student at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with concentrations in finance and strategic management. Originally from Hawaii, Matt earned a degree in biology with a minor in biochemistry from Brigham Young University Hawaii. Upon graduation he worked for a private government contracting firm in Honolulu.
Prior to coming to Purdue, he worked for 3 years building and overseeing the supply chain department of Pelatron, Inc. As supply chain manager his responsibilities included staffing, training, and streamlining company process to effectively manage all asset and project based material. These initiatives provided Matt with experience in team building, process implementation, and inventory management enhancing his leadership and problem solving capabilities. Over the summer, Matt interned with Y. Hata & Co. Ltd, a large wholesale food distributor in the state of Hawaii. Joining the finance department, he worked closely with the CFO on updating an activity based costing software. His duties included meeting with various department heads to determine costs associated with the company’s various activities. He also led a team that identified losses between unresolved credit memos and returned merchandise.
Taylor Haws is a second year MBA student at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with concentrations in operations and supply chain. Taylor is originally from Arizona and earned his bachelor’s degree in Spanish Linguistics from Arizona State University. After graduating from ASU, Taylor worked for two years at State Farm Insurance before coming to Purdue University. Taylor’s most recent role at State Farm was as a Spanish Team Lead in the Express Claims Department. In this role, he directly supported a team of 10-12 Spanish Express associates, as well as 588 other Express associates in nine different locations. Taylor’s main duties were to assist in solving complex claim issues as well as provide coaching for associate development. Additionally, Taylor worked directly with the Estimates, Business Process, and Underwriting departments to streamline the duties of the Express claims associates throughout the entire claims system.

Gustavo Amorim is a second year MBA student at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with concentrations in operations, supply chain, and strategic management. Originally from Brazil, Gustavo moved to the United States to study at Brigham Young University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After his graduation from BYU, he worked for Novell in Information Technology.
Prior to coming to Purdue, he worked for 3 years in the Global Mining division of Caterpillar as a contract analyst in the service department. In this role, he prepared business proposals and performed financial analysis and profitability studies. His role at Caterpillar gave him experience with many different areas of the company adding versatility to his repertoire.
During the summer Gustavo did his internship at Evonik Industries in Lafayette's Tippecanoe Laboratories facilities, where he worked on cost savings initiatives and inventory management for the plant. He was able to utilize his operations and supply chain knowledge and learn from a world leader in specialty chemicals.

Peter Jacobson is a second year MBA student at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. In May of 2014, Peter completed a business planning project with TVS Motors, a motorcycle and auto-rickshaw manufacturer in India. He spent the rest of the summer working with Emerson Climate Technologies, helping the compressor manufacturer develop a strategy to expand its commercial HVAC marketing channel strategy to end users and specifying engineers.
Prior to business school, he worked in various procurement and supply chain roles, including managing contract manufacturers in Asia to ensure a robust supply chain for audio manufacturer Harman International. Within Krannert, Peter is President of the Energy Club and a VP in the Operations Club and Golf Club. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, skiing and travel.
Stephanie Kruse is a second year MBA student at Krannert School of Management. She spent the summer interning with Shell Chemical LP constructing supply/demand models based on the US Gulf Coast ethylene industry.
Prior to joining the MBA program, Stephanie worked with Michaels Stores Inc. the largest art and craft retailer in the United States. She participated in many supply chain improvement projects and worked with multiple teams to limit disruptions to product flow. She is the Vice President of Communications for the Purdue University Consulting Club, a member of the City Trek committee and actively involved in Energy Club and Operations Club.

Daniel Terayanont is a second year MBA student at the Krannert School of Management specializing in Operations. This past summer of 2014 Daniel had the opportunity to exercise his Operations Management knowledge at Amazon as a Pathway Operations intern. Prior to his MBA program he worked at Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. as an engineer under the Product Planning and Development department. Additionally Daniel also start his own property management company based in Thailand focusing on long term lease management, small scale boutique hotel, and retail space development. He is currently a Graduate Assistant at the DCMME & GSCMI Centers and Vice President of Operations Club at Krannert. Daniel's goal is to enhance his Operations Management skill in order to fully exploit his diverse and global background.

Brandon Titelbaum is a second year MBA student concentrating in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He spent the summer interning for Cummins Inc. at their Eastern Distribution Center as an intern for their Global Logistics Improvement Group working on various process improvement projects for their operations.
Prior to coming to Krannert, Brandon worked for C&S Wholesale Grocers, the largest food wholesaler in the United States. He spent three years in various roles within operations management. He graduated in 2010 from Babson College with concentrations in Entrepreneurship & Retail Supply Chain Management. Brandon is actively involved in Krannert and is President of the Operations Club. In his spare time, he enjoys, mountain biking, skiing, and traveling.
Srikanth Radhakrishna (2012-2013)
Srikanth Radhakrishna was a MBA student at Krannert School of Management. Prior to joining the MBA program, Srikanth was an entrepreneur and also worked for Accenture in Retail Information Systems and Operations in Bangalore, India. In the summer of 2012, he was in Richfield, MN for his internship with a major electronics retailer.
Srikanth worked on a project with the center to study Supply Chain practices for an India-based ice-cream company. Additionally Srikanth is also closely involved with Business, Technology and Entrepreneurship Clubs at Krannert.
Vijay Sachdeva (2011-2013)
Vijay Sachdeva was a MBA student at Krannert School of Management. Prior to joining the MBA program, Vijay was product managing 4G-LTE telecom products for a Japanese company in Tokyo. In the summer of 2012, he was in Washington-DC for his internship with a Switzerland-based telecom company.
Vijay was involved with Operations club and Boiler-Volunteer-Networks at Purdue. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, reading literary travelogues, and studying cultures and languages. Vijay also speaks Japanese, which he learned in Japan by attending weekly social gatherings. Vijay was a Graduate Assistant with GSCMI, where he was actively involved in center's activity in addition to his contribution with supply-chain game design for classroom setting.
Yipin Lu (2012-2013)
Yipin Lu was a MBA student with concentrations in Operations and Supply Chain. During her junior year at Krannert School of Management, she was selected into the 3+2 program to pursue two degrees within five years.
Yipin was involved with Women International and Operations Club at Purdue University. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering and making friends. As a Graduate Assistant with GSCMI, Yipin helped facilitate the TVS India Internship program in addition to center’s other activities.
As a 2013 MBA graduate, Yipin Lu earned a place on the Dean's List for the Spring semester and joined Schlumberger in Houston, TX as a Procurement Specialist, as part of the Global Categories team.
Ivan Banchs (2012-2013)
Ivan is currently in his second year of the Master's in Business Administration program in the Krannert School of Management. Ivan has 8 years experience in the field of manufacturing, mostly in the Procurement and planning side of Operations in companies such as Regal Beloit and Schlumberger. At Schlumberger, Ivan had the opportunity to be in the startup of the manufacturing facility in Mexico and be part of the core planning team for this operating plant. He started as a Planner directly working with Production supervisors and the production manager to monitor plant throughput and maximize utilization and efficiency with an optimal production schedule. Ivan interned with FMC Technologies over the summer. Ivan desires to explore the operations program that Krannert offers and would like to round that with some corporate valuation finance classes.
During Fall 2012, Ivan was involved with the ELI Project associated with Verallia. He is currently involved with 3 student clubs, the KOC (Krannert Operations Club), KHMA (Krannert Hispanic Management Association), and the Golf Club.
Mirant Desai (2012-2014)
Mirant Desai is a second year MBA student at Purdue University. Previously, he worked in the manufacturing sector with one of India’s largest engineering conglomerate, Larsen and Toubro in its shipbuilding industry. At L&T, he worked as a naval architect designing the Navigation and Communication systems.
His work role required him to work in several cross functional teams in domains such as strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and project management. He is a Lean Six sigma Green Belt and interned this summer as a Supply Chain Program Manager at Amazon, Inc .
Arjjodev Mukherjee (2012-2014)
Arjjodev has experience in strategic technology consulting, project management and data driven strategy development in a wide variety of industries namely IT, Retail , Energy and Chemicals. At Krannert he is concentrating in Marketing and Finance. This summer he worked at SunCoke Energy, creating financial models for feasibility analysis of business diversification.
Yesh Yalanahalli (2012-2014)
Yesh Yalanahalli is currently pursuing his MBA at Purdue University with concentration on Operations and Strategy. Yesh has completed his Bachelors of Engineering in Information Science and Technology. After his graduation, he worked in consulting and services field for more than six years. His last assignment was at Oracle Corporation where he helped his clients to increase the productivity and efficiency of their supply chain and manufacturing systems.
Surnaik Srivastava (2013-2014)
Surnaik Srivastava is a second a second year MBA student majoring in Operations and Supply Chain. Prior to his MBA he was working with a leading IT exporter in India. He interned in Sears Corporation last summer and will be joining Amazon for Full-Time as operations manager. Apart from academics he is active in various clubs at Krannert and enjoys photography during his free time.

Andrejs Strateicuks is a second year MBA student at the Krannert School of Management with focus in Finance, Operations and Strategy. Andrejs has over six years of experience driving improvements at “Cemex” and “SPI Group” in Europe and Russia.
Dane Synder (2013-2014)
Dane is a second year MBA student at the Krannert School of Management. He received his Bachelors of Science in Applied Physics. He has worked in Purdue’s High Energy Physics department as a Programming Team Leader focusing on automated machine assembly and design for detector technology at the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN). He also has experience with financial management from his experiences in the Committee of Internal and Financial Affairs for Purdue’s Student Government.
Xiaoyang (Chelsea) Chen (2013-2014)
Xiaoyang (Chelsea) Chen is currently pursing her master degree in Global Supply Chain Management. She has completed her Bachelor degree in Industrial Management with a concentration in Manufacturing Management from Krannert in December 2013.
As an undergraduate member in GSCMI, Xiaoyang was awarded the Best Presenter out of 48 participants in the 2013 case competition. Her team won 1st place out of 12 undergraduate teams. As a Graduate Assistance, she has been working for the Dubois County Supply Chain Mapping Project. Currently, Xiaoyang is coordinating with guest speakers for the 2014 GSCMI Spring Conference and was selected as the Master of Ceremony for the event.
With all passion to work in supply chain/operations, Xiaoyang is looking for a summer internship in 2014 and a full time opportunity after the graduation in December 2014.
